FAU0X SALON at Something Else Symposium, Cairo

Next up, we'll be invoking our FAU0X SALON card deck to facilitate a critical conversation in Cairo on Monday 17th February, within the frame of the "Something Else" contemporary art symposium. Join us in Agouza Park from noon to explore discursive paths less travelled.

The Something Else Symposium
After three successful editions, and as a precursor to the fourth, we present "Something Else Symposium"—a dynamic and experimental version of the international contemporary arts event, running from February 9th to February 22nd !

Inspired by the Greek meaning of the word, The Symposium focuses on creating an interactive space around art –with performances, discussions, and workshops accompanying the exhibition.

This compact and adaptive format of "Something Else" will unfold across three different locations, emphasizing movement, contrasts, and engagement while fostering intimate interactions between art, artists, and the public.

مستوحاة من المعنى اليوناني لكلمة "Symposium"، بتركز النسخة دي على خلق مساحة تفاعلية حول الفن – مع عروض، ندوات، و ورش بتصاحب المعرض.

من خلال ٣ اماكن للعروض و البرمجة، يقدم الملتقى فرصة للتفاعل بين الفن و الفنانين و الجمهور، و يركز على الحركة و رسم التناقضات، و يتيح المجال للمشاركة العامة.
